根据教育部对新冠肺炎防控的要求，我们始终将保证考生和考务人员的健康和安全作为第一要务。为做好雅思考务的新冠肺炎疫情防控工作，请所有报名参加雅思考试的考生遵循以下疫情防控措施。考生应承担因为瞒报所产生的法律后果和责任：

一、从广州市外来校参加考试的考生符合以下条件之一的不接受来校考试

1）14天内去(经)过中高风险地区所在城市、重点关注地区所在城市的考生(以上地区最新列表，请到广东省卫生健康委员会门户网站查询，http://wsjkw.gd.gov.cn/xxgzbdfk/fkdt/)

2）14天内与新冠核酸检测阳性人员同乘交通工具或活动轨迹有交集的考生

3）考试当天“穗康码”或“粤康码”为黄码或红码的考生

4）考试当天“行程码”带星号的考生

二、从广州市外来校但不属于第一项所列情况的考生在每个考试日期(口试和笔试)须提供48小时内核酸检测阴性证明（以报告出具时间计算，电子版报告或者纸质版报告）。

三、考前14天内居住广州市内的考生防疫要求

1）考前14天内居住广州市的考生，需“穗康码”或“粤康码”为绿码，体温检测低于37.3℃。

2）在每个考试日期考前14天内居住广州市的考生，均须提供48小时内的核酸检测阴性报告（以报告出具时间计算，电子版报告或者纸质版报告）才能进入考场。

四、所有符合要求的考生同时须遵循以下措施：

1）所有考生应提前14天以上进行自我健康监测，须自行提前进入微信小程序“通信行程卡”查询14天内的行程信息。

2）必须全程佩戴口罩。

3）出示与报名一致且有效的身份证件原件（若您使用护照报名，也请同时携带身份证以备核查）。

4）出示当天考试的雅思准考证。考生（包括小于18岁的未成年考生）需在指定时间进入学校，家长/陪考人员一律禁止入校。考点会增派工作人员在指定校门进行引导工作。若考生的考试时间是在上午，则进出学校的时间只限于当天上午，考生不得以“熟悉考场”为由，在非指定时间要求入校。

5）考试当日，考生入校时需扫描学校门口的“穗康码”或“粤康码”和“行程码”。“穗康码”或“粤康码”为绿码，“行程码”没有显示中高风险地区所在城市、重点关注地区所在城市的考生才可以进入校园。

6）测量体温。体温符合标准的考生，即体温低于37.3摄氏度方可进入学校，由考点工作人员分批引从校门步行至考试楼。两次测温体温均≥37.3℃的考生不得进入学校。考试结束后，考生按工作人员指引，从原路离开仲恺农业工程学院。

7）雅思考生在疫情防控期间只能从位于【海珠区仲恺路501号的学校大门】步行进入校园，步行至考试楼约600米。

8）出租车，网约车，私家车等社会车辆禁止入校。

Notice on IELTS Test Epidemic Prevention and Control Arrangement

at Guangzhou IELTS Test Centre(Zhongkai University of Agriculture and Engineering)

According to the current situation of epidemic prevention and control and the latest notification spirit of Guangzhou COVID-19 prevention and control office,all the candidates are required to understand and follow the following preventive measures:

1.Test takers who are from areas or cities outside Guangzhou will not be allowed to enter the campus if test takers meet any one of the following situation:

1)Test takers who have history of sojourn in cities with medium or high-risk areas or cities with key-focused areas in the past 14 days prior to the speaking and written test will not be allowed to enter the campus(Please refer to http://wsjkw.gd.gov.cn/xxgzbdfk/fkdt/for the list of areas).

2)Test takers whose active trails have shared parts with people whose Nucleic Acid Testing result is positive in the past 14 days prior to the speaking and written test will not be allowed to enter the campus.

3)Test takers whose health code is red code or yellow code.

4)Test takers whose travel code with“*”.

2.Test takers who are from areas or cities outside Guangzhou but don’t have anyone of the above situations,must provide Nucleic Acid Testing Report within 48 hours on speaking or written test day.

3.Test takers who lived in Guangzhou in the past 14 days,must meet the following epidemic prevention and control measures on test day:

1)A‘Sui Kang Code’or‘Yue Kang Code’green code.

2)With temperature lower than 37.3℃(not including 37.3℃).

3)Test takers who live in Guangzhou in the past 14 days prior to the speaking and written test,must provide Nucleic Acid Testing Report within 48 hours on speaking or written test day.

4.Test takers who meet all above requirements must follow the prevention and control measures below:

1)Test takers should conduct self-health monitoring 14 days ahead continuously.Test takers must log on WeChat to track their travel history in the past 14 days and check the epidemic risk level of the areas they have been to.

2)Test takers must wear a medical mask；

3)Test takers must present their ID card(Please always bring ID card even if you registered the IELTS test by passport)；

4)Test takers must present their IELTS Test Admission ticket.Test takers(includes but not limit to test takers under 18)can only enter campus during test period on the test day,parents or companions are not allowed into campus.Test centre staff will station at designated campus gate to direct test takers.If the test is arranged in the morning,test takers can only enter and exit the campus in the morning.Test takers will not be allowed to enter campus for test venue inspection before their test day；

5)Test takers must scan“Sui Kang Code”or‘Yue Kang Code’and the travel history code at designated campus gate with their own mobile phone,and can only enter the campus with green code and a travel history code without records of medium/high-risk areas.

6)For test takers who are under 18 years old and do not have a personal mobile phone,please ask parents to register the‘Sui Kang Code’or‘Yue Kang Code’in advance(parents need to get the‘Sui Kang Code’or‘Yue Kang Code’first,and then add relatives information to generate the‘Sui Kang Code’or‘Yue Kang Code’with candidates’name)and travel history code,and carefully check the local epidemic prevention policy of Guangzhou.

7)Test takers can only enter campus with temperature lower than 37.3℃(not including 37.3℃).Test takers who pass the temperature check at the designated campus gate will be guided to test building in batches；and then follow test centre staff’s instruction to leave the campus from the same campus gate after the test.

8)Test takers must enter Guangzhou IELTS Test Centre(Zhongkai University of Agriculture and Engineering)from the south campus gate,which locates at No.501,Zhongkai Road,Haizhu District.

Before entering the campus,test takers should follow the instructions as below at the designated campus gate:

5.Taxi,online ride-hailing car and private car are prohibited to campus.
